Planning packages start at $2,500.
Day Of Coordination
Perfect for the couple who has done most of the planning, but just needs someone to step in at the end to help coordinate the last few weeks leading up to the wedding. We set you up with an online planning project and give you access to planning tools like budget tracking and estimates, a to do list checklist, discount codes where available, seating chart and room layout planners, and vendor management. We step in and help you with vendor communication about a month before your wedding. We run your rehearsal and run the day behind the scenes so you and your loved ones don’t need to worry about timing or if anything doesn’t go to plan. Read more about this package here.
Guided Planning Package
Plan your wedding with us holding your hand! You will get your own online planning project with tools such as budget tracking and estimates, a to do list checklist, discount codes & vendor recommendations where available, seating chart and room layout planners, and vendor management. You will have check ins and consultations as we guide you through the planning process. Ability to combine with our Day Of Coordination package for 2024 weddings.
Full Service Package
We will work with you to find out your visions and dreams for your wedding and then we make it happen! You can be involved as much as you want, but for anything you don’t want to do, you have us, your new best mates! We can manage your budget, source and meet with vendors, create design boards and talk to you along the way so you don’t need to worry about a thing! Definitely the most relaxing way for you to plan a wedding!
AWA Elopements and Elevated Photoshoots
If you love travelling and are dreaming of an epic elopement, or an elevated portrait session, come meet us on one of our trips! As part of this package, you’ll receive the services of two experienced wedding professionals who have seen it all! Ashlee Crowden Photography and A Bride’s Best Mate have teamed up to provide expert planning for your elopement or photoshoot. This includes up to three hours of photography, an online gallery (a minimum of 250 images) that’s live for ten years in Ashlee’s signature moody, romantic and a hint of edgy style. You’ll also receive a curated timeline, styling assistance, a bouquet, and access to our personal travel agent to plan your trip in detail (yes, this is ALL included!). And as a bonus, not only will you have unique photos, you get to hang out with us!
Proposal Planning
Want to plan the perfect proposal? We’d love to help you plan and prepare for the most romantic surprise, full of unique and meaningful touches that are special to the two of you! We can photograph it, film it, have family hiding ready to jump out and celebrate, you can do it casually in a park or written in the sky! We can use code names & I’ve even got some fake moustaches we can use while we plan! Contact us to get this started!

Hour of Power with Alison
Spend an hour over Zoom however you’d like, asking questions, going through your timeline, outlining a family drama and how to keep people happy and separated, what color napkins you should have, how to save money on the bar, or even ‘how do we start, we don’t know what we want’.
Commonly heard afterwards ‘I feel so much better’.

Design & Decor
We will create a design board for you, filled with a clear color scheme, floral inspiration, rental and decor suggestions, cake and stationery design, and sometimes even a floor plan for your venue (where available). We will include a floral proposal to send to florists and a rental proposal for both your tablescape and any additional decor recommended for your dream wedding. We craft our design based on your likes and dislikes and what mood and vibe you want your wedding to have. This involves questionnaires, meetings, and check-ins to make sure we get it right and you love everything.
Styled Photoshoots
For Vendors
We love facilitating brand collaboration and designing photoshoots to showcase other vendor’s skills, services and products. We design the shoots specifically with your branding, audience and vibe in mind. These styled shoots are a great way to network, show off and get content for your social media, websites or print media. We have designed shoots to accompany articles in wedding magazines as well as just for instagram posts. For Couples
Get photos that will last a lifetime and up your ‘portrait photos’ by booking a styled shoot! You can choose the theme and vibe and we will tailor a styled shoot just for you! Engagement shoots, anniversary, Christmas cards, birthdays or just because! You can put your wedding outfits back on, get new ones, go to an arcade, rent a plane or motorbike, set up a tight-rope walk - we can work with you to create an epic shoot, featuring you! You will get full access to the gallery and can use the photos as you please!
