I'd like to start this review by saying I was EXTREMELY skeptical about expanding our budget to include a day of coordinator. We were already maxed out and I swore as event planners ourselves, we could easily pull this off and save money. I am SO happy that I listened to others and even happier that we chose to go with Alison at A Brides Best Mate.
There is no way possible we could have pulled everything off at our 150 person wedding which consisted of 3 bands 3 stages 2 locations, a late-night after-party and 2 giant Rottweilers. I don't even know where to start. First, Alison is AMAZING. She was exactly the person that I wanted in our corner and behind the scenes. She's funny, a dynamic leader, a perfect logistics manager, and has a keen eye for detail. She not only pulled it off but with such a touch of flair that our wedding would have nowhere been as magical as it was without her on our team. Do yourself a favor. If you want to eliminate a lot of the wedding stress, make your wedding a true fairytale with no issues or problems, and have the best person in the business on your side, give these ladies a call.
